The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo – Stieg Larsson
I don’t have the words to describe this book. I’ve spent the last fourteen hours reading it, stopping only to get a bite to eat and go to the toilet. It is… I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s sooo good! I am currently in a state of complete shock and there are all these different emotions and feelings building up inside me. The way Stieg writes is brilliant. He’s a natural. The story itself is as chilling and brutal, as it is beautiful. There were times when I wanted to cry and scream and bitch about the human race, whilst shouting from my balcony, but, still, there was never even a moment of doubt that I would stop reading this wonderful novel. It is so powerful, genuine and true and the characters are well developed. It shows you that you can find twisted, sick motherfuckers anywhere. It’s sick, it’s disturbing, it’s raw and real and it’s BEAUTIFUL. Wish I could write a book like that.
